I received two 3 Day 3 Quote challenges! One from Judy at Edwina’s Episodes and one from Steven at Ordinary Handsome. I highly recommend both blogs – well worth the visit.
I offer up three quotes from John O’Donohue, one of my favorite authors. My copy of his book, Anam Cara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom, is double dog-eared, highlighted, and underlined. More so now than it was a few days ago.
Here are the 3 Day Quote Rules:
- Post 3 quotations a day for 3 days (they can be from any source, including you).
- Nominate 3 other bloggers to carry the endeavor forward.
- Thank the blogger who nominated you.
- And you’re under no obligation to do this. But have fun if you do.
I happily pass the challenge to some new followers/followed:
Amazing quotes! The more live you give the more you get back times thousands? I love that

I loved all three of these but the simpler one, the last one really resonated with me. So straightforward and to the point. I need one direction to go and seek my dreams, not stray off the path until I find them. Smiles, Robin

I like that one too. To me, it is really about not letting fear hold us back, a sentiment that I fully support 🙂

All three quotes are so profound and uplifting but my favorite is the second one as I have always believed that all the goodness we emit through our smiles and kind deeds comes back to bless us even if we don’t expect anything in return.
Thank you Diana for making my morning so bright. Love you for that.

I rarely read non-fiction, Annika, and I’m not religious at all, but I loved this book. There are pieces of it that stayed with me. It’s not very long and is an easy flowing read.

I took a look and was drawn in so I have now ordered a copy of the book – I wanted the real paperback for this type of book. I can’t wait to read it.
